Business Customers can request Support Services thru permanent Secured VPN Channels.

Once established, Online Support Services can be provided Company wide without any intervention from your side.

Even if you are out of the office we are able to help you in case of a problem.

If no VPN Channel is available, you can still make use of our Online Support System.

Private Customers can request Support Services thru our Online Support System.

Each connection requires approval from the Customer and is established on demand.

We provide Onsite Support on your request. This requires that you are available or we have physical access to your facilities.
On your request we will visit you at your location and help you to solve your problem.

Depending on your contract, onsite support will be provided within an agreed time schedule.
Please note that travelling time & expenses are charged in addition to the normal support time.

Online Support is provided over the Internet. It requires that your System has an active and working Internet Connection.
If you do not have an Internet connection or your System cannot connect to the Internet, then you may opt in for Onsite Support or you can take your System with you and visit us at our Office.

Online Support uses a secure encrypted Screen Sharing Functionality, offering you the ability to see what we are doing and to learn from our experience while we are taking over your keyboard and mouse.

Our Online Support uses a secured encrypted Internet Connection.

In order to have the system working error free, it is required to install our Security Certificate.
This must be done just once and is almost automatic. Please download and follow the installation instructions.
When you are done you are ready to request for Online Support.
